Gents,

can any body tell me ,why suddenly we got High DP on the glycol reboiler still column , before DP was fluctuating  between - value to  13 mbar ,but now the reading  suddenly passed the high DP set point which is 70 mbar? .

First check the metering device.

check to see if your filters need to be changed.

Agree with Bobby, check the measuring device first. Does the still vent to atmosphere, a flare header or some other collection header? If not to atmosphere, check for backpressure from other sources. Your packing could be fouled, or you could be foaming in the column as well.
