Hi good day to all,

 

 

In 2 kl jacketed reactor xylene is heated up to 130ºC ,how to calculate vapor generated in reactor(i.e reflex rate kgs/Hr)

 

Pls guide me to make the calculation

if any data is required i will provide it

Steam is not generated equally.  What are your steam pressure and temperature?

It is Oil heated system 

Heat transfer area:17 m2

You can estimate the vapor quantity by using ideal gas equation with a compressibility factor.
