Hi,

I want to design air multi stages compressor using hysys (4 stages) and i know that there will be cooler after each compressor  to decrease the temperature and separater that will separate the air and the water condensed...

 

Can any one tell me how can i calculate the composition of (air) and (water) inlet to the first compressor??

The worst case is assume that the inlet of the compressor is air saturated with water.

 

If you do not have a simulator use psychrometric chart (just google), as a reference see the following guideline
