In our project, the Fresh TEG make-up drum and Heating medium expansion drum are blanked by nitrogen. As they are not petrolem. Thus I have following questions,

1. Since they are pressure vessel and designed as Full vacuum, so the drum will be never damaged by inbreathing inadequate?

2. Since they are stable liquid, Annex A or E shall be used for this inbreathing calculaiton?

3. Same with item 2, what about the produced water storage tank, water sludge tank, which method shall be used?
