I have relief valve installed on Hot start panel. Some signals are transmitted in and out through hot start panel. I dont understand how to size the relief valve? what is hot start panel? I think it is like a control panel. What are the scenarios which we need to consider for the PSV installed on hot start panel. Please explain.
