Hi I am looking for some designer to assist me in designing a smal fractionation tower to handle 500 kg/hr of tire derived oil. Please contact me if you can do this.

I don't think any one has ever been successful at such an operation. If you really need to do such a thing, provide spares, because the equipment will require frequent cleaning. Or do it in batch mode with frequent cleaning.
