Hi,

 

I need someone who can let me understand the basic process that how Multi Component Flash Distillation Works. Beside that i want to design a process model for few components so any person willing to help me in this regard?

 

Design i want to create would include:

1. Design Selection Criteria

2. Design basis on Feed properties

3. Feed plate location/ Operating Line

4. Number of plates/ Reflux Ratio Calculation

5. Vapour Liquid Equilibrium Diagram to figure out bubble & Dew points of various components

6. Flash Agent (Steam or Reboiler?)

to introduce yourself to these matters may I suggest a textbook such as Separation Process Principles (Seader, Henley, Roper) ?
