I was requested to verify several PSV valves (two phase flow) according ISO 4126-10,
does the HNE model available in Prode Properties adopt the ISO 4126-10 standard ?
(it is not clear from manual)
Thanks !

the HNE model is a rigorous non-equilibrium model while ISO 4126-10 is based on HNE-DS, the Diener Schmidt method which adopts a methodology based on Leung's Omega method to account for non-equilibrium,
I do not expect large differences but for ISO 4126-10 in Prode Properties you must select the HNE-DS model,
note that HNE-DS (as HNE) may require specific parameters for PSV (see ISO 4126-10 for details)
hoping this helps,
Paolo
