Hallo
I have another question:
I need to calculate how many of gases (m3/hr) we recive from burning:
450 000 Nm3/hr
H2 [mol/ mol] 3,064
CO 24,296
CH4 0,035
C2H4 0,000
C2H6 0,000
C3H6 0,000
C2H2 0,000
CO2 17,768
N2 53,874
O2 0,963
Suma mol/ mol100,0
I have done this with two ways:
1) V=0,210*(Q/1000) - This is a theoretical equation and I received
Nm3/h
2 266 081
2) Vos=Vco2+Vso2+Vh2o+Vn2
Vco2=CO2+CO+CH4+2C2H2+2C2H4
Vh20=H20+H2+cCH4+2C2H4+C2H2
VN2=N2+0,79*(1/21(H2/2+CO/2+2CH4+2C2H4-O2)
and i received
1 206 678
And mine question is why there is so much different? In publication which I have used this equation there is not so much problem, could someone give my some advice form where (publication) I can find some good information about it or a little help which this.
