I have to winterize vessels by steam tracing. I have no idea about how to processed. Saturated LP steam (3.5 kg/cm2g @ 138.5 0C) to be used for tracing. if some one having spread sheet for the same please share with me.

In my opinion, Thermon is the expert company in designing and applying steam tracing - be it on piping or vessels. I recommend you go to:

Download the detailed data book, Steam Tracing Specification Guide, read and study it well. In it you will find everything you need to size and apply the correct and successful steam tracing installation suited for your application.
Forget about any so-called "spreadsheet" for your application. Use your common sense and accept the fact that your vessel has a fixed surface area - and no more to spare. You may not even need all the available area, so just follow the installation instructions and apply the required steam tracing on those surface walls where liquid is on the other side. It is that simple.
