Is contacting time a parameter for determining height of the column? What are the other parameters for determining height of the column?
In a bubble column reactor, what should be considered for calculating residence time/contacting time; Superficial velocity or velocity of the bubble at the mouth of distributer/purger?
How the flow regime changes with velocity? Is superficial velocity is a parameter for determining column diameter? Is there any rule of thumb like L/D ratio?
Does bubble size varies with surface tension of the fluid, if so how?
Please help me?
