Dear All,

I have antisurge valve on centri compressor for natural gas compression project....I have calculated ASP( Antisurge Parameter)  as a function of suction flow , suction pressure, discharge pressure here for surge limit line and surge control line based on customer given surge data for this lines.. I have found that surge limit line ASP for all points on that line range between 9 % to 10 % here.. Wherein for SCL, it is 10% to 11%.. Is this correct? Or ASP should be same for all points on the line...

1)Also want to know if thee is any ASP calculation formula which is standard.. Request all your help to resolve this issue...

2) Also suction flow is calculated from suction flow element diff pressure across it.. How to calculate flow from this delta Pressure?

Best Regards,

Chetan

Antisurge controllers are PLC purchased from some company like CCC. Nobody does their own.
