Heat Exchanger Tube Pinhole Leakage Rate And Size

I am sizing a high point vent line on the sea water return line to overboard. In order to size the high point vent, i need a tube pin leakage rate (Not rupture of tube, for which safety valve is provided). Can anybody suggest a following

1) How to calculate size of pinhole, any reference/standard for sizing

2) How to estimate the vent rate this the said size of pinhole
