Dear community,

After each inspection turnaround of the treatement train, we are shuting the crude oil wells during one month. So in order to keep the production we are planning to build a multi stage séparation train in parallel of the existing one. The inspection is scheduled during summer where the ambiant température is around 50°C so we think that we can meet the oil specifications in terms of RVP and salt content only by separation. I am looking for a typical separation flow diagram to meet the required specifications so i am very interested to hear about your experience an point of view.

Regards
