Hello,

 

I want to designing melt extruder and process for blending two widely differing crystalline melting point thermoplastic polymers”. The main challenge is that If we keep temperature of the extruder above the melting point of higher melting polymer then lower melting polymer may degrade. And if we keep in-between then higher melting polymer will not melt.

So, I want some suggestions regarding my problem. Is there any software to design extruder?
