How much water can be collected from 1100 kg of steam at 125 Degrees Celsius (after the steam condenses)?

At the ethanol plant I work, we steam molasses by direct injection for easy offloading. The molasses gets diluted by the water when the steam condenses. We must therefore adjust the process water volume into the fermenter by the quantity to be added by the steam when it condenses. Please help

Your post is either not well written or explained or it is a "no-brainer".

The total amount of water that condenses from live steam is exactly the same amount of steam - in kgs or in lbs.  Steam, by definition, is pure water that is vaporized.  Therefore, when you condense vaporized water you get the liquid water (condensate).  What, exactly is your problem?  Do you know the total amount of steam you are applying?  Some steam may not condense due to the fashion or procedure that you employ to inject it into the molasses, but we can't even guess that amount since we don't have a first-hand knowledge of how you are injecting.
