Dear sir.
First of all sorry for multiple request.
I am looking for deaign calcularion of seive tray wet scrubber for below input and output as below.
Input.
Fuel used -baggase+eice husk
Gas volume-91m3/sec.
Gas temp.160deg c
Duct at inlet- 7 gm/nm3.

Outlet parameter to be scrubbwr design for ar below.
Outlet dust concentration- below80mg/nm3
Outlwt temp.-80deg c

You are requeated to please provide the design calculaton to meet outlep parameters with minimum pressure drop across the system.

You are a new member who has made 7 posts of the same topic and title.  I have deleted all the other posts; now it is up to you to STOP THIS PRACTICE AND READ THE FORUM GUIDELINES.

 

If you persist with this very ignorant practice, I will delete all your posts and recommend you be banned from our forums.  As Bobby has stated we don't furnish free design engineering.  That is not what our Forums are for.   Do your own work and submit it for review and comments.
