Hye team,

Anyone has good reference for the insulation thickness calculation specifically for heat exchanger?

If no, can I assume heat exchanger as piping? I did Google and most of them for piping or flat surface.

My objective is to maintain the outlet temperature @ 19 oC

Hi ,

A reference : Thermal insulation :handbook for The oil , Gas and Petrochemical industries by Alireza Bahadory (Elsevier Collection) .

Consider also using the search engine in this forum or download the software in reference .

Good luck.
