Hey Guys

I'm doing some suitability checks on an old Hopkinsons PSV . There is no existing datasheet and all I know is that it is a Hopkinsons FIG 7020 or a FIG 596. The original purchase order says FIG 596 however the test cert says FIG 7020.

Has anyone got any old information for Hopkinsons relief valves? (For a FIG 7020 or FIG 596)

I have searched online with no luck, and emailed the vendor with no luck.

This valve is old and most likely not manufactured anymore. I think Hopkinsons went out of business and were taken over by Weir group which I've tried to contact but had no response.

Any help would be much appreciated

Thanks

When in doubt, replace it.

Yeah, well that seems to be the best option.

Can't believe there is no information online. Must be an antique PSV!!
