Hello,

Am troubleshooting on the cause of wet gas supply to gas generator from the fuel gas system at a flowstation. the fuel gas skid consists of the FG scrubber and FG filter separator. The gas supply is from the gas outlet of HP Separator.

Kindly advise me about possible scenarios taht can lead to the problem and ideas on how it can be mitigated.

Am considering the introduction of heater to the system.

Your input is highly appreciated.

Regards,

AOA

As in high water content or dew point problem?

Scrubbers are for separating dust and liquid. Heaters are to "increase" dew point.

Perhaps a visual inspection of the separator elements would be a good first step for your troubleshooting.

Install a super heater at the downstream of your FG Scrubber to avoid the possible condensate formation at the gas engine/turbine inlet.
