I want to push a liquid (say 20 litres batch volume) that is sitting in the pipelines by using nitrogen. My concern is how to make sure nitrogen pushes the liquid and not get bubbled through it?

What are the criteria to make sure we have the correct design - is it pipe size? nitrogen pressure?
