I am trying to get a phase diagram for Napthalene to establish the melting/sublimation point at low pressure approx. 1-100mbar. Can anyone assist

What information do you need for you phase diagram? If you are simply putting together a P-T diagram, showing the vapor-liquid and vapor-solid equilibrium lines, all you should need is the vapor pressure equations for the solid and liquid phase. A quick internet search using your favorite internet search engine should yield several abstracts of articles with data and regressions. There are also the usual database sources such as Dortmund or DIPPR or the Korean ChemE data bank or NIST who may have information. I recognize that many of these are not free (you may need to purchase a journal article, for example).
