Water level will be maintained according to sump level but to reach the water back to tank require pump.

My question is will the pump require 30m head or 10m head or other???

Discharge head will be discharge side elevation from the center line of the pump. In your case it is (5+x+Line loss) m or (10+x) m. x is length of small vertical line above pump.

Dear:
Manufacture head issue total differntial head vs pump capasity.
For determination TDh the pump discharge pressure must be subtracted by suction pressure and then divided to liquid density
Best regards
