Dear All

I am facing a problem during commissioning of turbine :

Fluctuations is condenser vacuum ...while in operation suddenly vaccum drops from 0.95 barg to 0.7 barg and raise in exhaust steam temp & after 30 mins vaccum increases automatically

I have check everything cooling water pressure & temperature well in desgin range ejector , ejector steam , gland steam air ingress everything is OK. I can share the data if needed

Can anyone guide me about the drains of ejector & gland steam terminating in condenser (non-condensable) are they causing problem { Cyclic behaviour of vacuum )?

Regards

Hassan

If it is OK after 30 minutes, then you should look for other problems to solve.
