After last shutdown 2 yrs back we have started facing the high discharge pressure and temperature problem in our propylene refrigeration compressor. This project has been given to me find the probable cuse of it other than cooling water what could be the other reason please guide me.

Well, you have all the data. It should indicate wherein the problem lies. That is the task of an engineer.
