Any one has experience in ethylene tank fire water facility? What to use? Fire water monitor or sprinkler? Any good reference for ethylene storage firawater system facility?

And any idea for the high location firewater protection (such as furnace or high platform?). Existing firewater monitor just can cover up to level 4 only. Total floor level is 8 levels. Is it ok to consider eleveted firewater monitor? Or dry riser or sprinkler on the platform or furnace.

As always, fire protection requirements depend on credible fire scenarios and risk tolerance (acceptance) criteria, unless otherwise required by local legislation and/or company standards.

I think you mentioned earlier that your company follows Shell DEP (apologize if not true). If the case, refer to DEP 80.47.10.12 and 80.47.10.30 for more information.
