Hi experts,

I needed advice on this.

The system - A producer well --> well head christmas tree-->flow arm--> manifold-->offshore pipeline--> oil and gas processing unit.

The System Pressure – lets consider for the sake of simplicity as 200 psig.

H2S – 3000 ppmv

Total gas – 65000 - 150000 SCMD depending on the choke size at well head.
Total oil – 200-500 BOPD
Water - 1000-1400 BWPD

Whether we should consider NACE? If yes why - if no why not.

One of the earlier topics, as early as 2004 started by Shaunhill suggests that NACE is not applicable with the above prameters from portions where pressure reduces below 265 psia.

Thanks

Avijit
