I am installing/modifying our compressed air system. I have put in two 2200 gal air receivers and our new rotary screw compressor is a 125 hp unit with 569 cfm output at 100 psig. I am trying to find a way to calculate how much condensate will this machine produce and the condensation rate once the wet air enters the first air receiver to have an estimate of how much water will I take out of the compressed air.

Are you a degreed engineer?  If so, what type of engineer?

This will help in responding to your query on how to calculate the water moisture content in compressed air.  Also, please furnish the essential data required to do this calculation:

Max. Atmospheric air temperature = ?

Discharge air temperature exiting the aftercooler = ?
