Hi All,

Is there a way to predict the noise generated by a PRV when it pops open? There is a equation in section 5.5.12.2 in API 521 but I don't think it is applicable for liquids. The liquid that I am dealing with is seawater.

I would really appreciate if anyone can help me with this.
