I have been making research about Food Grade Phosphoric Acid from commercial phosphoric acid via wet process.

Could you suggest any resource or website?

Dear Sir,

I want to Know about challanges in Phosphoric  Acid plant and Further improvement so objective as below:

 

Please try to answers it .

1. How would trim down the dusting exposure and its hazrards during phosphate rock powder while handling? (Handling of Phosphate Rock )

 

2. Presently mixer settler operation available in wet process production for solvent extraction and is there any new and suitable technology available ? (Solvent Extraction System)

 

3.MOC of Phosphoric acid plant equipment and its line to prevent corrosion and pitting so any new efficient and suitable alternative of the current moc being used with techno -commercial fesibility ? (MOC of Plant and lines ,Equipment)

 

4. how to cost efficient conversion of technical grade phosphoric acid  to food grade in wet leaching process ? (Food grade phosphoric acid )

 

5. what is the other way to reduce the amount of sludge being generated and resuge of sludge if possible ? (Effluent Treatment Syatem)

 

6. what is the other way to reduce the effluent stremas by recovery  as by product ? (Sludge solid handling)

For point 2 , except for the hold up , I consider mixer settlers to be a good technology .

Dear Sir,

 

I refered that patent but i have to utilize my present technology to produce food grade phosphoric acid  from  wet process in which HCL (30%) and Phosphate rock reaction with same equipment
