Hi forum

I would be appreciated if one can share worth information about how overall object cost (any type) in refinery depen on desing and construction duration. How capital investments and payback period change when design / constructon period changes? How many percent or M$? How it denends on total unit cost? How it depends on operating costs?  Any worth sourse you have met - articles, books, practices or researches.
