I'm trying to measure mass transfer coefficients for a gas liquid system by using dissolved oxygen. How can I measure DO* (saturation dissolved oxygen )? I'm measuring the dissolved oxygen with a probe that is fixed on an airlift reactor so it can't be removed per run. Is there any calculation or method to get it from data already collected?
thank you

hello, thank you for replying however, we did manage to use graphs of dissolved oxygen versus time to get a saturation value.
