Composition of Stream to be Purified:
Red Nitric Acid IN:
HNO3 = 23,371.20 kg/day
H2O = 15,580.80 kg/day
N2O4 = 2,050.11 kg/day
The Impurity to be stripped is N2O4..
Mass of Air IN = 24,132.08 kg/day
Concerns:
1. How can I calculate for the overall mass transfer coeffecient?
2. How can I calculate the actual flow rates of the streams and the capacity of the equipment?
