Dear All,

 

Would like to get some advise on how to begin the first unit simulating 13BD extraction i.e. LLE tower, from a naphtha cracker mixed butane feed using NMP as solvent. I think the problem is identifying the correct fluid package to be used in the first place.

Hi,

You should have the basic data of process such as flow diagram, feed spec and the design of equipment such as columns, HX.

Without them it is impossible to simulate completely.
