Hi guys,

 

For my design project, I am designing a hydrophobic interaction chromatography column. Could anyone recommend any resources to give me an understanding of how to "simply" design a column. 

 

I'm finding it difficult to begin, to find the diameter and the height of the column?

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
