Hello friends ,

I'm wondering please why  hysys don't show  the molecular weight unit .

As we know the MW should be in g*mol-1

Thanks !

The answer is clear. Because it is a certain value if you know the definition of Molecular Weight. It is the same in every unit systems.

So, It depends on you in which unit system you want to use.

For instance, Methane has MW of 16. It could be 16 Kg/Kmol , 16 g/mol, 16 lb /lbmol.
