I'm trying to simulate a case of a flow between high pressure tank to a low one in Unisim. The  results are in the picture. The green line is the pressure over time of the low pressure tank. as you see, the moment I open the valve between the tanks, the low pressure tank immediately reaches the value of the high pressure tank, which seems to me wired.

does someone has a good explanation for that?

Hi shahar,

Please upload a simple sketch of the system you described along with the inlets and outlets; it can be more helpful to submit a proper response.

But, anyway if the low pressure tank would have a small size outlet respect to inlet size, it might not be so strange if at the moment of opening the connecting valve the pressure in downstream tank to be same as upstream tank and gradually reduce due to fluid discharge through the small size outlet...

Hi shahar,

If the downstream tank (low pressure) hasn't any outlet, the relevant pressure variations in the picture you attached cannot be logical. Please recheck and report the result...
