Hi all

I am working on a Reciprocating Compressor Package handling hydrocarbon gas. The inboard distance piece is purged by nitrogen. I am not sure where should I route the distance piece vent and drain, whether to Closed Drain System or Open Drain System. Closed Drain System operates at 0.2 barg and designed for 10 barg while the Open Drain System operates at atmospheric conditions. I have attached a snapshot of the distance piece. Let me know if any further details required.

Thanks in advance.
