I have a fuel gas heater which is electric

There is a PSV on the outlet of the heater. As per API 521 SEC 5.15.2.2.2

it is used for vessels containing gases.

if i know the volume of the electric heater which will come from the vendor

How can I get the relief load .Is it using the same equation?

Thank you
