Hi, I am a foreign student studying Chemical engineering(with Spanish minor/Pre med track)  in the US and I have just finished my 3rd semester in college(started school on Spring). I have 3.43 CGPA.

When should I start looking for internship/Co-Op? I am a junior by credit but technically I m not even done with sophomore year. Also, when the employers/recruiters evaluate the prospective internship/Co-OP students, what do they seek for?
