Trouble In Simulating Maleic Aanhydride In Hysys

I'm simulating Maleic Anhydride production in hysys
I'm using PRSV fluid package 
and I've defined 3 kinetic reactions in reaction set. main reaction and 2 side reactions.
I used plug flow reactor .

It converged but there is no conversion.
I tried increasing feed temperature also but it didst work
No maleic anhydride is being produced
Can you help me solve it?

good. But send your hysys simulation file to check what wrong is it leading to no conversion. Ok?

You should play continuously with number of tubes (I think you should increase a lot), length and diameter of the tubes. Moreover, you should define heat transfer material and its property. For every changing, look at outlet stream until you get maleic anhydride.

hi; you can't upload .hsc file Fiha, save it as .XML and then you can upload it.

I have simulated your process and reached the Maleic anhydride at the outlet of the PFR.
