I am developing storage facility for 3,4 dichloro phenyl isocyante.

MP 43°.

VP 0.8 mm Hg

200 mmwc Nitrogen blanketing is considered as material is sensitive to moisture.

Storage temp 60°C.

Horizontal limpeted with steam heating facility tank is considered volume 30 m3 storage capacity 30MT with 1.35 specific gravity.

1. For safety valve design what should i consider fire scenario or nitrogen PCV failure. MSDS reads Material itself does not burn or burns with difficulty .

2. Carbon steel is selected moc as material is neutral and non corrosive. But some MSDS reads SS is preferred for longer storage

Anyone can help me out
