Hi All,

 

As a major part of my Master's degree, I need to put together a HYSYS Simulation Model on the Crude Distillation Unit. I am using V8.6 HYSYS.

 

For the last 10-15 days, I have been struggling very hard to converge the Distillation Column, but not able to solve the puzzle. Upon running the HYSYS model, I have been receiving a message - " Heat/Spec Error. I tried my level best to remove this error message by changing the specs, etc., but no luck.

 

Because this forum has the real experts, I sincerely request you all to please have a look at the attached HYSYS file and give me your expert opinion to converge the same. Also, I am uploading the Process Flow details for your review purposes.

 

Should you need any other information from my side, please do let me know. I will be more than happy to respond as soon as possible.
