Dear professional chemical engineer members:

Could you please help me out how to collecting data from the lab DSC exothermic graph(not in-situ) to corrolete

 

to the batch conversation profile in the production scale polymerization reactor ?

 

And, how to scale up from only through this DSC data to optimize the feeding rate in plant?
