I want to design natural gas dehydration using molecular sieve in pro2.

but I don't know how to use pro2

If possibly, could you explain me this process in detail?

Hi,

Don't have knowledge of PRO II. Aspen HYSYS older versions did not have NG dehydration using molecular sieves. Not aware if the latest versions have it.

However, if the purpose is to do a preliminary sizing of the Molecular sieve beds and quantify regeneration gas for NG dehydration by molecular sieves I had developed an excel workbook for the same, which was available on the Cheresources online store. The store has been closed, and hence it is not available now. However, if you are interested, get in touch with me to get the same at a price. My mail ID is:

The dehydration is not done in the general process simulation. Just remove the water from the stream by using the stream calculator, maybe leave a trace amount of water in the stream based on the specification for the dehydrators.
