Lift Gas at 90 kg/cm2g & 23 Deg C after pressure letdown to 11 kg/cm2g by means of PCV is used to empty out Crude Condensate Drum. In case of PCV failure, a protection with PSV available with set pressure of 47 kg/cm2g. What would be the relieving temperature of this PSV? Is it the temperature corresponding to let down of the Lift Gas from operating conditions to 51.7 kg/cm2g (10% of set pressure) which is around 5 Deg C or any other? Kindly let me know whether any standards related to above mentioned topic are available?

The temperature is whatever results from the relieving event. Why would you consider anything different?

For, relief condition (including PSV), we can refer to API 521. For CV failure, I used normal temperature for the calculation. Different with fire case (for example), it uses formula T1=P1/Pn*Tn where n=normal condition, 1=relieving T or P.
