Given the extent and details of your query, no one can tell you how often you have to replace your DEA solution.

If - and when - you replace your solution depends on many factors you fail to specify about your operation.  The composition and contaminants in your feed gas play a large part in determining the quality and effectiveness of your operation.  The basic, original design of your unit also plays a role as do the design and operation of your solution regeneration system.  What occurs in real life is that the effective life of an amine solution charge is determined empirically by the design, operation, and local conditions of the operation.

You ask a very general question and you can only expect a very general response.
