I want to know about basic parameters to be considered while making a heating jacket around a blender..

You need at least the following:

1. The weight of the batch

2. Specific heat of the batch

3. Heat transfer surface.

Let you follow what srfish is advising you . To add  to his comments let you consider the calculators attached ( heat transfer ) . Let you modify the parameters and you will understand .
