Hi,

 

We need to provide Chemical Dosing Systems for power plant. Client needs Oxygen Scavenger, Ammonia, Phosphate & Corrosion Inhibitor Chemicals to be dosed. Locations shall be as below:

 

Oxygen Scavenger: For DO Control: from 0.3 to get 0.002

@ Condensate Pump Discharge - 325 m3/hr

@ Feed Water Suction - 238 m3/hr

@ Demin. Water Tank - 59.4 m3/hr

 

 

Ammonia: For pH control from 7 to 11.4

@ Condensate Pump Discharge - 325 m3/hr

@ Feed Water Suction - 238 m3/hr

@ Demin. Water Tank - 59.4 m3/hr

 

 

Phosphate: to get 4.7 ppm.

@ HP Drum: B/D Flow - 0.022 kg/sec

@ IP Drum: B/D Flow: 0.063 kg/sec

@ LP Drum: B/D Flow: 0.052 kg/sec

 

Corrosion Inhibitor Dosing for Closed Cooling System Water. Water Flow is 478 m3/hr

 

Kindly advice how to calculate dosing rates for above chemicals,
