I watched one video how Expanded polystyrene(EPS) foam is recycled. (https://www.youtube....h?v=hvHuX32_--g)

and I found the process how new EPS foam is made. (http://www.madehow.c...e-Foam-EPF.html)

1. Making styrene

2. Making polystyrene

3. Preparing the beads

4. Making expanded polystyrene foam

5. Molding

6. Making extruded, expand polystyrene foam

My question is how to re-expand EPS foam from a loaf of melted polystyrene, shown in above video after processing heating and extruding, to newly expanded one. Is there anyone who can explain the process?
